First quarter of 2010 started off with awarding our most distinguished associate award, Northwestern Benefit’s “Difference Maker Award.”
A Difference Maker is defined as any Northwestern Benefit associate who gives preeminent service and receives recognition and/or appreciation by a colleague, client or carrier for their superior service. Preeminent service is defined as performance that is deemed unbelievable, extraordinary or amazing behavior by others.
Award selection is most often determined by nomination from a colleague, manager and/or client. However, there are times when an associate can display one stand-out extraordinary behavior or contribution that is recognized and awarded directly by our leadership team.
