Stephanie has 15 years of expertise in all facets of client service management and operations management such as implementing and managing human resource and benefits administration solutions at SHPS, Inc. as well as managing an employer installation team at UnitedHealthcare. She has strong project management, vision and business blueprint and detailed process model design skills.

Stephanie is currently serving as our Manager of Consulting Support Services where she has responsibility for our client marketing team, database management, creative design services and enrollment & billing team. Her goal is to develop highly proficient employees in order to exceed our customer's expectations while building efficient and effective solutions for service delivery.

When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, antique malls, and being outdoors.
