Michelle is responsible for managing the Northwestern Benefit internal service practice. In this role, she provides strategic guidance, coaching and development, and organization perspective to the service group. Prior to her management role, Michelle partnered with clients at Hewitt Associates by providing strategic planning and financial management.  When Michelle is not working, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and scrap booking. Michelle resides in Powder Springs with her husband Robert, and her two children.
