Mandie's contributions to the organization include oversight and direction of the Northwestern Benefit Management Team. In this role, she is responsible for hiring, coaching and training all of the managers, and assisting the CEO, David Asbury, with the implementation and execution of organizational vision and strategies. As well, Mandie is charged with ensuring the successful day to day operations of Northwestern Benefit; ensuring that each departmental manager has the resources and capacity to serve our internal associates and external clients.

Additionally, Mandie is responsible for cultivating the culture and values of the organization in helping to define and implement employee performance measurements for both internal and external core competencies, and facilitate our primary communication tool, the Collaborative Way. Her #1 passion is helping define an intentional culture for Northwestern Benefit through coaching employees towards success around collective team responsibility, delivering unbelievable high-human touch service, along with effective communication and listening skills.
