Jason's focus is in three areas: Developing new business, recruitment of talent and participation with the overall strategy of Northwestern Benefit. With the amount of time in the marketplace, Jason is continuing to seek differentiators for our company on both retention and with new business. Jason is also active in various organizations throughout the state including the University of Georgia. He has three children, daughters Glenn, Anne Alston and his son Robert.
